We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

4. Appointment Bookings

Booking policy: online bookings should be made no later than 24 hours in advance of your booking time. If you do wish to book at short notice please make contact on: 07841579734 and every effort will be made to accommodate you based on the availability on the day.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, via email, or direct message on online social platforms including Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

By booking an appointment, you agree to: - Provide accurate personal and medical information - Attend the scheduled appointment on time - Inform us of any changes to your health that may affect treatment

Due to the layout of the clinic space, specifically due to a lack of waiting area, 15 minutes is allocated as gap time in-between appointment slots to allow for more effective change-over of clients.

Be aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.1 Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Cancellation policy: cancellation notice should be given no later than 24 hours in advance where possible.

Policy regarding non-attendance without reason: clients who book and do not attend their scheduled appointment slot without reason on one occasion will still be able to rebook. If the client does not attend two consecutive sessions then Flinn Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse further requests to rebook. Acceptable reasons for non-attendance will be considered on a individual basis.

5. Treatment and Clinical Care

5.1 What to Expect

Physiotherapy assessments and treatments will be carried out by a qualified and insured practitioner.

5.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to: - Provide accurate health information - Follow treatment advice and exercises to the best of your ability - Inform the physiotherapist if symptoms worsen or change

5.3 Consent

By attending treatment, you provide informed consent for physiotherapy intervention. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is typically due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods include card and bank transfer
Any overdue payments may result in refusal of further services until the balance is cleared

7. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable
Vouchers must be used within their stated expiry period
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

8. Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment: - We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse of the website - We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow clinical advice - Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and logos, is owned by Flinn Physiotherapy unless otherwise stated. In this regard, some stock imagines have been used to create the website which are included in the businesses 'Wix' subscription.
