This Refund Policy outlines how Flinn Physiotherapy handles refunds for physiotherapy services and any related purchases. We aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent while ensuring high-quality care for all patients.

As a healthcare service provider, we offer professional time, expertise, and clinical assessment. Refunds are therefore handled carefully and only granted in specific circumstances.

2. Refunds for Physiotherapy/ massage services
Appointments
2.1 Cancellations Made by the Patient

Cancellations can be made by the patient at any point prior to the appointment time without incurring a charge, however 24-hours notice should be given by the patient where possible
2.2 Cancellations Made by the Clinic
If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances: - You will not be charged for the appointment. - Any pre-paid amount will be refunded in full or credited towards a future appointment, depending on your preference.
3. Refunds After Treatment Has Been Provided
Refunds are generally not available once assessment or treatment has taken place, as payment reflects the time, professional expertise, and clinical service provided.
However, if you believe there was an issue with the quality of care, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
4. Pre-paid Sessions or Packages
If offers for pre-paid sessions are made available: - Refunds for unused sessions may be considered at the clinic’s discretion. - Used sessions cannot be refunded. - Any discounted package pricing may be recalculated if only part of the package is used.
5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

They may be transferred to another person unless stated otherwise.

Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.
6. Products or Equipment Sales
Regarding sales of rehabilitation aids or consumable products: - Refunds are offered for unused, unopened items returned within 14 days of purchase. - Used or opened items cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. - Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with consumer rights legislation.
7. Online Exercise Programmes / Digital Services
Where digital content (i.e., Rehab Guru programmes) have been delivered: - Refunds are not offered once the programme has been sent or accessed. - Errors or access issues will be resolved at no additional charge.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
