Policy information

Booking policy: online bookings should be made no later than 24 hours in advance of your booking time. If you do wish to book at short notice please make contact on: 07841579734 and every effort will be made to accommodate you based on the availability on the day. Important information for in-clinic bookings: For bookings located in the Studio 47 clinic space, be aware the clinic space is small and does not have an allocated waiting area. To improve timings and patient change-overs, there is a 15-minute gap between each appointment. If you do arrive during another persons appointment slot, there is room to sit outside of the curtain until the client before you is finished. Please be aware in order to treat your condition effectively with hands-on treatment you may be asked to undress to a suitable degree. We do provide frontal gowns and shorts to support patient comfort and protect decency. Cancellation policy: cancellation notice should also be given no later than 24 hours in advance where possible. Policy regarding non-attendance without reason: clients who book and do not attend their scheduled appointment slot without reason on one occasion will still be able to rebook. If the client does not attend two consecutive sessions then Flinn Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse further requests to rebook. Reasons for non-attendance will be considered on a individual basis.
